Middle Management and Leadership .

This blog is for the purpose of reflecting on what I have learnt and gained from a middle management course. There are always questions in one's mind when it comes to leadership or management.  We are always  performing duties of a leader or  a manager whether it be our homes, work  or sporting environment or in religious or social groups.
The questions I believe that we all think about are:
What am I looking for in a good leader/manager?
What can I do better if I were to be a good leader?
How can I help someone to become a good leader?
